To add an ADT Pulse device, ensure that the device has power. Then, locate the sync button for each device if it is a plug-in device.

Yes, you can enroll additional devices by going to the System tab of your ADT Pulse device and selecting Manage Devices. Follow the on-screen instructions for the installation process. Please note that each device has unique requirements that need to be followed.

To add an ADT camera to your existing system, log in to your ADT Pulse Web Portal. Click on the System Tab and then Manage Devices. Select Cameras and follow the instructions. If you don’t have the option to add cameras, you may need to upgrade your ADT Pulse Service Level. Plug your camera into power and choose “Add using WPS.”

Once the camera appears on the network, click the check box to the left of the security camera you are trying to add and click quick add. This will automatically add the camera to your recorder.

At the termination of your contract, ADT has the right to remove, disable or abandon any of the equipment they own. Typically, they'll simply leave the equipment on the house, and you (or a new owner, if you sell) can re-activate service at any time.
