This easy and simple meal idea is simply delicious! To make this cold soup of Spanish origin, you would need:
- 9 ripe tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- a cucumber
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 gr. sandwich bread
- 1 red onion
- salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar
To begin, cut and mix tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, garlic, bread and onion. Season and let rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

To make it, you would need 3 zucchini, 1 eggplant, 1 green pepper, 1 red and 1 yellow, 5 tomatoes, garlic, 2 onions, salt, pepper, oil and Provençal spices. To succeed the perfect ratatouille, it is necessary to be careful with the cooking. Start by frying your spiked onions, then add the eggplant, with olive oil, tomatoes and peppers. Let it simmer a little and add the zucchini and chopped garlic. Cook for about 30 minutes over low heat and you’re done. This dish can be eaten as hot as cold.

- Butter
- 2 onions
- Garlic
- 500 g. ground beef
- 800 g. tomatoes or tomato paste
- 1 can of red beans
- Cumin, salt and pepper
- Chili if desired
Simmer the chopped onion in a saucepan with butter, then add the minced meat. Then add the tomato sauce, garlic, beans and let it simmer. Sprinkle all the seasonings above and your dish is ready to eat!

Now let’s go to desserts!
Apple crumble is an easy and easy meal idea. For this, you would need 5 apples, 125 g. butter, 200 g. flour, 125 g. sugar, vanilla and sugar. Start by buttering your mold.
