Free spirit and relaxation are essential for balanced living, especially if you have a open veranda which is an element of well-being for your daily life.
The open veranda that we present to you today was built with a lot of creativity and ingenuity. COS Design designed the construction plan, Signature Landscape created the garden, Serenity Pools built the pool and Frameless Impressions made the windows. The purpose of this lanai has been to constitute an oasis of relaxation for the owners of the house. The design is appropriate for all members of the family – the couple and their four children.

A few words are enough to describe this private paradise in Melbourne and the photos of Tim Turner will do the rest. The lanai is at the same height as the interior floor which leads to a built-in barbecue and a wooden pizza oven. In this way the veranda creates an outdoor space that contrasts slightly with the interior. The glass enclosure of the swimming pool has a security purpose without visually breaking the continuity of the space. The above ground pool and spa are not only functional but they are also very interesting decorative elements. The use of raw materials and exposed steel gives character and depth to this modern space.
