Versace furniture is characterized by the introduction of classic and timeless shapes into the design of the interior, such as motifs borrowed from periods of the past, variants of which are adapted to different style furniture. This is so for the head of Medusa which has been used in the logo of the brand since its creation. The presence of this head is related to the fact that Gianni Versace was strongly interested in the mythology of ancient Greece where Medusa was associated with both the horror and the beauty, as well as the dangers of it. This part of the brand’s logo is found in furniture from his home collection, as seen in the image of the sofa at the top.
