Let’s start with this chocolate cake, simple to make. It will certainly not take you much time and everyone will feast. For this easy recipe you would need:

• 200 g. iced sugar
• 2 bags of vanilla sugar
• 120 g. softened butter
• 200 ml. of milk
• 170 g. of flour
• 2 eggs
• 40 g. cocoa
• 1 sachet of baking powder

Preparation:

Beat together the butter, sugar and vanilla until everything is white. Then add the eggs and the milk. Mix well with an electric mixer. Then add the flour and yeast gently just after sieving. Finally, do not forget the cocoa. For this recipe you can also add lemon zest, orange or other ingredient that tempts you.

When you have beaten this mixture well, pour it into a well buttered mold. Pass it in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 30 minutes.

NB: You can check the cooking by pricking the cake with a toothpick!
