So let’s start with the entries. Here you have a great choice. You can rely on classic recipes or be imaginative. To have a good salad as a starter, choose seasonal vegetables that seem the freshest. We love to add to a simple green salad of avocado, dried tomatoes, olives and lamb’s lettuce.

But also, we love Italian food for its tasty products. Caprese salad is native to Italy and especially to the island of Capri. In summer, you can easily find beautiful tomatoes. They are cut into thin round slices, alternating with mozzarella and basilica. We add a drizzle of olive oil and you’re done. This recipe is ideal to share with friends and everyone can bite into the plate.

Always in the Italian spirit, we propose you to prepare bruschettas, in all its variants, to taste as well at home as in picnic. To make them you would need some baguettes of bread that you can go and put in the oven some time. Then you can add the ingredients you want. The most classic are based on tomatoes and olive oil. But you can also make it by spreading basil pesto, cheese, cold cuts and more. Just be imaginative and know the tastes of your guests.

As well as muffins, the salty cake is among the favorites when it comes to meetings with friends. The basic recipe is the same. Then, just add the products we like. This could be goat cheese, tomatoes, olives and ham. For the base dough of cake, you would need:

• 200 g. of flour
• 1 packet of dry yeast
• 4 eggs
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• salt

Mix everything and add the products you have chosen.

As pleasant in summer as in winter, what better than a barbecue?

When it comes to a friendly meal with friends idea, you can use the barbecue to prepare good steaks, as well as vegetables. But also, think of preparing burgers for your guests that you can adjust to the tastes of each.

For those who enjoy meat, we love chicken in all its forms. Instead of going through the fast food next door, we advise you to prepare your own chicken wings. If you want an American style marinade, mix ketchup with honey, soy sauce, vinegar and olive oil. You can also add spice.

Pasta is an Italian dish that everyone loves.

You can first choose the shape of your pasta, then combine with a sauce. Among the best known are carbonara, bolognese, pesto sauce, cream sauce and salmon. Here too you can do a lot of imagination. Pasta is a very friendly dish that you can prepare together with your friends.

We always stay in Italy with aubergines parmigiana. This very tasty dish will not really take you much time. To achieve it, you would need:

• 5-6 aubergines washed and sewn and cut lengthwise
• 800 g. crushed tomatoes
• 2 tbsp of tomato paste
• 250 g. mozzarella
• Parmesan cheese
• Garlic
• olive oil

Simmer garlic with olive oil in a saucepan, add the tomatoes and the reserved one. Add a little water and salt and cover for a while. Then, as soon as your sauce is ready, alternate in a dish aubergines, sauce and mozzarella. Finish with a layer of eggplant and grated parmesan cheese. Bake medium for about 20 minutes.

The fondue is of Savoyard origin and is prepared from local and cheese-based products. The classic fondue is made from gruyere, beaufort, counted, white wine and garlic. This dish is among our favorites to spend a convivial dinner in peace.

In the same spirit and the same tone of the evening, the raclette is also a very good idea meal with friends to conceive. The raclette is of Swiss origin. To achieve this, you must bring an electric raclette appliance. The classic recipe is made of melted raclette cheese, potatoes and cold meats that you can adjust to your taste. In vegetarian version we can replace the sausage with vegetables and shellfish.

Let’s go to desserts!

Tiramisu, who does not like that? It’s a recipe with which you can never go wrong. This dessert is made from biscuits with spoon and mascarpone. We like to experiment. And in summer, we can realize a declination of tiramisu by adding strawberries.

And to make it even simpler but in a tasty version, the fruit salad never betrays us. Just choose good seasonal fruits and cut into small pieces. You can also garnish your fruit salad with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
