We will start with a series of garlands that require simple materials for beautiful results. You can work miracles with strips of paper. Inspired by The Cheese Thief classes, this woven paper ball wreath is made from paper, ribbon and string.

You can see the manufacturing details of the 3-D balls that you see on the pictures on How About Orange.

The paper flasks are magical. But you do not have to cut everything by hand. The mini garland in paper flasks is designed by Evita by The Green Butterfly. With thick paper, thread and a special flask snow bottle, this garland is surprising.

Garlands inspired by nature

Why not use nature as inspiration? For the DIY garland you are going to need glands painted with artisanal paint. And of course some hot glue and string and that’s it. You can leave this garland as a decoration throughout the winter season. The instructions are on Julep.
