Blueberry pancakes
- 200 g flour for cakes
- 1 tbsp. Baking powder
- 1 egg
- 300 ml milk
- Pat of butter
- 150 g blueberries
- sunflower oil or butter for cooking
- Maple syrup
Mix the flour, yeast and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Beat the egg and milk and make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Add the milk and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. In the meantime beat the butter and stir in half of the blueberries.

Eggs Benedictine
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 English muffins, cut in half
- Pat of butter
- 8 slices of smoked salmon
- chives to decorate
For the hollandaise sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 egg yolks
- 125 g unsalted butter as soon as
First prepare the Dutch sauce. Put lemon juice and vinegar in a small bowl. Add the egg yolks and beat until a light mixture is obtained. Place the bowl on a pan of boiling water and stir until the mixture thickens. While you are brewing, gradually pour the melted butter. Season and let stand.
To poach the eggs, boil the water in a large saucepan and add the vinegar. Turn down the heat and let the water simmer. Stir and then break the eggs one by one. Cook each one for about 4 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon.

Red berry smoothie
- 1 small banana
- about 140 g red fruits (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries or a mix of your choice)
- apple juice or mineral water (optional)
- liquid honey to serve
Cut the banana in the mixer and add the red berries of your choice. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour juice or water to obtain the desired consistency. Decorate the remaining fruits and sprinkle with honey.
