– a wooden trunk 10-12 cm wide and at least 12 cm high
– a drill bit
– a drill
– paper of glass of grain thick or block sanding
-paint tape

Start by drilling the wood. Use the drill bit and make room for the plant. Then sand the inside where you made room for the plant. You could, according to your desires, also sand the outside of the wood. If you want a two-tone look, use the paint tape to seal the top of the tree. Then use the spray paint to color the bottom of the tree and let it dry. You would probably need to put two coats of paint, but wait until the first one is absolutely dry before putting on the second one.

Once the second coat of paint dries, you could finish with a coat of varnish if you want it. You may also not paint at all if you prefer a more natural look. Put a small succulent plant in the center of wooden flower pot and you just have to find the perfect place to pose your beautiful creation!
